Q: I’ve never done anything like this before. What should I expect?

When working with a specialized Master Life Coach, you will receive personalized attention who will use impactful questions to understand your life situations and objectives best and work toward correcting and meeting them. Expect a mix of guiding questions and action steps to help you with what comes next. Like any other relationship, the more you put into your sessions, the more you’ll get out. Those who get the best results are receptive to feedback and open to doing the work after the session.

Q: This is a considerable investment for me. What happens if I do not enjoy the service? Can I get a refund?

Q: How long does it take to start working with a specialized Life Coach?

This is entirely up to you. Select the Booking Button to book your first appointment. After you book a session, you will receive a confirmation regarding the booking and also receive reminders by text and email. Should you have any questions, please contact us at LyndaLayneConsulting@gmail.com

Q: Regarding working with a Life Coach, how long does it take to complete the sessions?

Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes long, depending on the recommendation of the Life Coach. The total number of sessions is usually 10-12 to complete the specific ADHD/CBT program. However, depending on your results and success, you may want more or fewer sessions.

Q: I’m not 100% sure if CBT/Coaching is for me.

Your situation is unique, and you may be new to coaching. That’s why we offer a complimentary minimum 30-minute session to discuss your needs to see if we are a good fit and if Life Coaching is right for you. To book your complimentary session, select the booking button.

Q: What are the grounds for a refund?

  1. Refund Policy: The Client maintains the right to cease their sessions at any time, given at least 24 hours notice. However, ceasing your sessions must be done in writing by email to the following address Lyndalayneconsulting@gmail.com. Funds will only be returned for paid sessions and then cancelled within the 24-hour notice.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Two appointment reminders email will be sent, an email 48 hours before your scheduled session and a text will be sent 4 hours before your session. I will call you at the agreed time of your session/appointment. If you do not answer, you are allowed one call back 10 minutes later after the scheduled time, or the appointment will be forfeited. If you need to cancel a session or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours before the appointment. If you miss an appointment and do not call to cancel, your appointment will be forfeited, and you will be charged the full session fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $40.

Q: What if I do not want to finish my package?

Suppose a cancellation request is made when a service/package is partially completed. In that case, we will issue a refund for only paid services which have yet to start (pre-consultation assessment is the starting point) and paid for. Initial consultations will only be refunded after the first call.

Q: What if I am unsatisfied with my resume or cover letter?

We cannot issue a refund once a draft or final version of the resume or cover letter is delivered. Should this issue arise, please communicate with us to work toward a resolution. This resolves nearly every case.
